As a Qualified Nurse working within NHS Trusts in Wales, you can earn an additional 5% on your pay at the end of each year! So if, for example, you earn £33,000 working a 37.5 hour week on day shifts, you will get a lump sum at the end of the year of £1,650! That’s a great bonus, and just in time for Christmas…!
