Recruitment Consultant – Preston

Key Care & Support are looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Preston Branch. The successful candidate will receive excellent rates of weekly pay (£18k – £22k DOE).



  • Fast and efficient placements of staff to meet the client’s needs
  • Key account management
  • General administration and other ad hoc duties as required
  • Continuous sales effort to develop the branch in designated markets
  • Re-sourcing information to create new opportunities
  • Dealing with initial complaints pro-actively, including correct reporting and recording
  • Interviewing candidates via telephone and face-to-face
  • Business development and generating new clients
  • Client Visits as required or requested by Branch Manager
  • Assistance with the development of a recruitment strategy to match business needs
  • Covering On call, evening and weekends as required

  • Effective organizational skills with ability to prioritize
  • Works well in a team
  • Adequate IT skills
  • Recruitment/sales experience is essential
  • Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
