Are you passionate about providing Nursing Care to vulnerable adults and delivering personal centred care? Key Care & Support are recruiting a Lead Nurse to support a small group of service users within a Supported Living environment in the Lancashire area, on a permanent contract.
This role differs to other Nurse roles and you really get the chance to work closely with the service users to provide the quality care and support they need and desire. You will be responsible for the day to day management of staff and services, along with undertaking assessments, participating in review/meetings and taking a lead role in designing meaningful activities. Responsible for clinical management services, management of Medicines, reports, staff rotas and liaison with external agencies and primary health care practitioners.As part of business needs you may be asked to cover nursing shifts as and when required, as well as delivering training to staff on behalf of the workforces development strategy.
