Quality Assurance and Compliance

We recruit staff only after a personal interview, written assessment and a minimum of 2 professional references.


All our nursing staff are verified with the National Medical Council (NMC).


Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, health checks and full training are carried out before any staff are offered placements – all these areas are regularly internally audited as well as by our regulators.  As a client you will receive a Staff Profile for each member of staff, showing the compliance requirements and staff skills, giving you peace of mind.


Feedback and Satisfaction Assurance

An integral part of Key Care & Support’s continuous development process is to receive honest, valued feedback from our clients.  This enables us to appraise performance of our service and our employees and to tailor our services to the demands of our clients, benchmarking our delivery against expectations.


Management Systems are in place to ensure a consistent, quality approach to the service you require.

Standards of service include recruitment and compliance of staffing, including professional development, training, appraisal, ongoing monitoring and support.


Bi-annual client feedback, in the form of our Client Feedback questionnaire, enables us to monitor our service in relation to expectations while we also aim to meet with clients every month, or more frequently if required. Client feedback on individual staff performance in the form of mandatory Quality Reviews and Clinical References are also obtained.


Bi-annual staff feedback, in the form of our Staff Feedback questionnaire, also assists us in ensuring the right staff are allocated to the right work and that staff’s individual needs and skills are utilised.


Online, Dynamic Management Information System

Key Care & Support, as standard practice, maintain accurate records of shifts filled, unfilled and cancelled through our Online Agency System.  From this, we are able to monitor and provide accurate and timely fill rate information as well as dynamic, instantaneous information for clients and staff.


As an experienced agency, and having worked continuously on the NHS Framework, we are accustomed to providing clients with fill rate information as requested and tailored to their Management Information requirements and requests.
