My background is in retail management and I joined Key Care and Support in October 2016 and worked for the out of hours team. After only being in post a short while I was promoted to bookings co-ordinator and started full time in the North Wales Branch. Being in retail, I have exceptional customer service skills, face to face and on the telephone. My first language is Welsh which is utilised at the forefront of the service we provide for our welsh language clients.

We cover from Wrexham right down to Gwynedd and Anglesey, and are always looking for new ventures to undertake. We are also an NHS approved provider, so we supply RGN, RMN’s and HCA’s to NHS Wales Hospitals.
