Lily has been with Key Care a couple of months now. She has proved to be an amazing Carer. She is very flexible and will cover numerous shifts of different times and locations. I have had all positive feedback from clients regarding Lily and repeated requests for bookings for her to return to their home.
BEVERLEY E.- LANCASHIRE BRANCH
Beverley is a pleasure to have as part of the Key Care & Support team. Not only does Beverley provide excellent personal centred and quality care for vulnerable individuals she supports, but she also offers emotional support to the families and will not hesitate in going the extra mile to support on her nights off to allow additional respite. Beverley is an excellent ambassador for Key Care & Support, and we wish to take this opportunity to further show our appreciation for being extremely loyal, committed and a passionate to Key Care, and the services Beverley supports. The Manchester nomination goes to Sandra, all year round she is flexible and always willing to go the extra mile, Sandra’s positivity and kindness touches every person she works with and we always get positive feedback about the support she provides and how her caring nature shines through.
When speaking with Sandra she always has a wonderful outlook on life with a can do attitude, giving 100% to everything she does, even if she is not having a good day she remains upbeat and looks for the good in everything. Families and parents always feedback how person centred Sandra is and how she takes the time to get to know everyone and nothing is too much.
