Key Care & Support are pleased to announce that we have a 6 month paid placement in Audenshaw, with the Government funded Kickstart scheme.

The post holder will work under the supervision of the Finance Director assisting with all aspects of payroll and accounts administration.

The post holder will need to be able to:

1. Work to tight deadlines and have excellent time management skills
2. Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written
3. Be customer focused
4. Able to work on own initiative
5. Have attention to detail
6. Have an interest in accounting and payroll management
7. Be trustworthy

The post will be based in Audenshaw working alongside the Finance Director, processing payroll and assisting with accounts as required.

Full training will be given, and there will be an opportunity of further more formal training to enhance skills and expertise for the right candidate.

IT literate
Ability to communicate effectively
Interest in accounting and payroll

25 hours per week between Monday to Friday to be determined (Monday will be essential as this is the main payroll processing day)

Minimum wage initially

The post holder will be supported by a nominated mentor/manager at all times.

Monthly appraisals will be conducted to map progress and goals set towards employability target

Post holder will be supported by our Finance Manager to develop their skills and abilities in this important field of work
