An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator to join our small and successful team in our Manchester office, Salford Quays.
Hours 25-30 hours a week.
Monday to Friday (five days a week).
Between hours of 0800-1800 to meet service requirements.
As an administrator with Key Care and Support , the Skills required for this role are:
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work on own Initiative
Excellent communication skills/telephone manner
Ability to use IT systems
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to ensure the bookings for the people we care for and support are completed in advance ensuring 100% fill rate due to the vulnerable nature of people we care for.
Liaise between staff and care packages to ensure adequate shift fill.
Make and receive calls, taking messages for Registered Manager, providing excellent customer service skills at all times
Enter accurate bookings on our bookings system
Provide first point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries
Salary 18k pro rata plus bonus
