Compliance Administrator

£20,000 per annum (Lancashire/Greater Manchester)

Overview

The role of Compliance Administrator is to ensure that all workers maintain compliance as required to meet the standards for continued employment with Key Care & Support.

The post-holder will possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written, possess exemplary time management and organisational abilities, with an ability to meet deadlines.

Main duties

  • To ensure staff are on the update service for DBS annual checks
  • To ensure staff maintain all their compliances as required
  • To ensure staff complete and report correctly COVID-19 results in order to comply with government and legislative guidance
  • To alert Branch Manager where a staff member is not complying with requirements so the necessary action can be taken
  • To ensure Webroster is kept up to date regards compliance requirements
  • To produce new staff profiles for staff as compliance updates are completed and send same to Branch Manager

This Job profile sets out the main duties as required to fulfil the role but is by no means exhaustive. Additional requirements in line with role will be required of the post-holder as requested by the Operations Manager
