Assistant Registered Manager -Community Support services

(Part time or full time) Salary 33k* per annum Pro Rata (*based on full time).
Monday – Friday.
Location: Sale, M33 7BP.

 Full time hours 40 hours a week, flexible to meet service needs.

Salary and benefits: £33,000.00 per annum, 33 days leave inclusive of Bank Holidays, contributory pension scheme, use of company vehicle for business use (full clean driving licence preferred). On call payment of £320 per week when on call. 

  Qualifications: Desirable: Level 5 in leadership and management 

                           Essential: Level 3 / 4 in Health and Social Care 

 Role:

• To support Registered Manager in delivery of high quality community support services for adults and children 

• To ensure 100% staff support cover to all people we support 

• To review support plans and liaise with relevant professionals 

• To effectively lead and manage the support teams to deliver outstanding support and care 

• To communicate effectively with people we support, families and staff support teams and relevant professionals 

• To work as a team member and provide on call cover in rota with other operational leaders ( additional payment for on call cover) 

• To cover in absence of Registered Manager
