Business Development Manager.
(£30,000 – £35,000 per annum/Full-Time).

 

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business across the UK and lead these projects to deliver on performance and growth targets.

This role will work closely with the Branch Managers in our three established offices to identify new clients and develop business strategies to increase market share of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  • Representing the business at relevant industry events and trade shows
  • Working closely with Managers to complete Tenders
  • Working strategically: setting aims and objectives
  • Responsible for performance and lead development

Skills / Attributes

  • Experience in a Business Development or Field Sales role (Healthcare desirable)
  • Demonstrate an optimistic approach
  • Target driven and efficient
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to continually explore new opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills written & interpersonal skills
