Key Care & Supporting are looking for an experienced and patient Support Worker to support a young Male ( 15 years old ) in the day with Complex Needs in the family home.

Once confidence and trust is established, you would be joining the individual on trips out into the community. The hours are Saturday and Sunday 10-4pm and in school holidays 10-4pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking for suitable experienced and qualified people who are able to meet the social, care and cultural needs of our client groups.
