Female Support Workers (Learning Disabilities support.)
We are seeking a Support Worker that can provide Evening Support for a lady in her 50’s with Learning Disabilities. You will be required to provide Evenings and Sleeps support in her own home in Sale, Greater Manchester.
We are seeking people who are naturally compassionate and have a patient demeanour that ensures those you assist feel empowered, joyful, and are treated with fairness, respect, and dignity. Responsibilities may involve aiding individuals with bathroom use, medication management, and bathing assistance, though not every Support Worker position requires personal care tasks. strong organisational abilities to maintain precise records, performing all documentation and reporting in a person-centred, factual way. You will also aid individuals in living independently by assisting with budget management, bill payments, and appointment scheduling.
Female Support Workers:
Considering the needs of the women we support (personal care), and to ensure their privacy and dignity while aiding vulnerable women, these roles are exclusively for Female Support Workers, to meet the specific needs of those we assist.
While prior experience in a similar role is necessary, if you can provide person-centred and empathetic support and have informal experience, we encourage you to apply as training can be offered.
