Senior Support Worker - Stretford
Salary £25,000 per annum
Hours 40 per week on a shift basis (sleepovers may be required which are paid separately and in addition to salary) 4 weeks annual leave plus 8 days Bank Holidays (some Bank Holiday working may be required to accommodate activities/events as planned).

Key Care & Support are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to fulfil the position of Senior Support Worker for a lady that we support at home. The lady is looking for someone who is motivated and ideally interested in supporting her to live a full and interesting life. The gym and swimming are regular activities she attends so these will need to be encouraged, along with helping her plan other activities and events to enhance her quality of life. This lady wants to work, and is interested in childcare and so we are looking for someone who will encourage and support her to actively gain initially voluntary placement leading to a paid position, and also to assist her to complete a relevant child care course.
The role would suit and experienced support worker wanting to take the lead in coordinating activities and pursuits, and supporting this lady to achieve her full potential. A little bit about this lady: An independent and free thinking person who has oodles of potential, sometimes needs a little positive encouragement and motivate herself to do things and organise things. From a personal care perspective is independent, the main aspect of this role is to plan, motivate, positively reinforce activities and vocational pursuits so that she has a quality of life that is productive and enjoyable.
