Continuous Service Awards

Key Care & Support - Rewarding loyalty and putting people first! As part of Key Care & Supports 15 Year Anniversary celebrations, we wanted to do something to acknowledge those valued staff that have remained loyal and provided a continuous service to the company. This will apply to everyone moving forward, and in the spirit of fairness and equality we decided to award those of you who have surpassed 5 years continuous service at this stage. So we have introduced a ‘Continuous Service Award’ scheme, new for 2022.

Introduce A Colleague Bonus Scheme

We are always keen to listen to and hear from our staff.

If you are a Key Care & Support staff member and know of a  Nurse, HCA or Support Worker looking for flexible work and excellent pay rates, refer them to us today!

Start referring today to earn a £500 bonus for referring a nurse and £250 for referring a HCA/Support Worker. We will keep you updated on the progress of your referrals. All Key Care & Support staff can take advantage of our fantastic bonus referral scheme. You will receive £500 for each nurse and £250 for each healthcare worker that you refer to Key Care & Support! There is no limit to how many people you can refer, so refer as many people as you like.

Our rigorous recruitment process means that Key Care & Support hire only the very best health care staff. All our staff member must have a minimum of 6 months formal healthcare experience and Nurses must have at least 12 months post registration experience. When you apply for a role with Key Care & Support, an application pack will be sent to you to complete. We request that the application pack to be completed in full, otherwise we can not progress with your application.

Our interview process will be a telephone interview with our recruitment department.  if you have any Certificates of Training and Development please have them with you. For example those obtained while working in a care setting. If you have undertaken any Mandatory Training, including Practical Moving and Handling.

Key Care & Support would like to be open and honest about why a £60 Refundable Commitment is made for all new Care Staff joining us. This is a normal Commitment to temporarily cover the cost of your Mandatory Training Day, Key Care & Support Uniform and ID Badge. If required, we also use this to process your DBS check certificate.

Collecting References is the most time consuming element in the application process and you will be asked at interview, to verify that the references you provide are correct, including that they include a Manager at your current/most recent employer and that you have provided full contact details including professional email addresses.

You will now be ready for work, you will be provided with a Key Care & Support uniform. You can now enjoy flexible working, weekly pay and a great choice of work placements. Don’t forget to refer someone to us to start earning your referral bonuses.
