Assistant Operations Manager (overseeing Lancashire & North Wales)
I have over a decade of experience working within the Recruitment Industry with 7 of those years working as part of the Key Care & Support team. I am committed to delivering quality care to the highest standard and I have supported a multitude of sectors across the industry with temporary staffing solutions including, but not limited to, Complex & Palliative Care support, Supported Living, Mental Health, Older People, Forensic Support and Dementia Care Services. I have a passion for supporting people and provide a positive and person-centred experienced for all.
When I am not working I love spending time with my family, I have a young son that I love spending time with, he is growing up so fast!

Registered/branch Manager (Manchester)
For the last 20 years, I have worked across the sector under Local Authority, NHS, and Private Companies. This includes Supported Living, Dom Care, Complex and Palliative Care, Homelessness, Substance misuse services, Mental Health, Registered Residential Services, Older people services, Complex Autism, Dementia Care services, Complex Challenging Behaviour, and personal experience with Children with Complex and challenging behaviours Asperger’s and ADHD. I Joined Key Care and support in October 2019​.
When I am not working I love spending time with my son, and also work with cat charities, helping to re-home and also catch and release stray cats after we have neutered them and given them a health check!

Joanne Hamnett

Support Services Manager
I have worked in recruitment for over 26 years, across a wide range of specialties. I am driven by providing quality service provision and love to multi task, which makes my current role perfect for me! In my role I lead on Recruitment, Support services so the Branch Managers can concentrate on what they do best, deliver superb care and support to clients and staff alike.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family, I have two daughters, having lunch out, reading, cinema and music. I love everything Barbra Streisand related!

Digital Marketing Coordinator
I love everything design! I am a Graphic designer with over 20 years experience in the creative industries. I have experience of both print and digital design. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, I am able to use my graphic design and marketing skills to raise brand awareness of Key Care & Support. I design all our marketing and corporate printed material, ensuring our brand and message is consistent. I am responsible for all the external and internal social media to ensure our message is consistent and effective.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and chocolate labrador Daisy! I enjoy the cinema, theatre and concerts.

I have worked for Key Care & Support since the beginning, and my role is to lead and manage the Quality Assurance across the company, including providing management Information to the Branches allowing them to effectively lead and manage their services. I like to work in a methodical and organized way, so my role is perfect for me!
In my spare time I am an avid gamer, and love all things technology related!

I love numbers! I have worked in Finance for over 20 years now, the last 15 of those as Finance Director with Key Care & Support. I love being part of a business that provides such an important service to vulnerable people, and consider my role integral to that to ensure we can operate efficiently!
In my spare time I love spending time with my grandchildren, and have a holiday home in Wales that I try to spend as much time as possible relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

Managing Director/head of Nursing and Care
A Nurse by profession with over 40 years working in both the NHS and Independent sectors, I have always been passionate about ensuring people receive the care and support they want and deserve. This was the reason I founded Key Care & Support. I am motivated and driven by being part of a fantastic team who are committed to the same aim, delivering exceptional care and support to people in need, and extremely proud of what Key Care & Support has achieved and will continue to do so.
In my spare time I love the sea and mountains of North Wales, my home, and am passionate about animal welfare. I also love music, cinema and theatre.
