WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

An integral part of Key Care & Support’s continuous development process is to receive honest, valued feedback from our clients. This enables us to appraise performance of our service and our employees and to tailor our services to the demands of our clients, benchmarking our delivery against expectations. Bi-annual client feedback, in the form of our Client Feedback Questionnaire, enables us to monitor our service in relation to expectations while we also aim to meet with clients every month, or more frequently if required. Client feedback on individual staff performance in the form of mandatory Quality Reviews and Clinical References are also obtained.

The Branch Managers at Key Care are very helpful, friendly, efficient, and quick in covering shifts for us. They don’t keep us waiting and almost every time cover everything for us and they send regular staff so there is continuity in the home.
