We are seeking full-time support workers to provide support for a 52 year old female in the Sale area. We are in search of dependable, enthusiastic, and committed Support Workers to offer person-focused assistance to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

(A minimum of 2 years UK Support work experience in a similar role is essential.) Sp0nsorships are not available with us. You must have be in the UK and have the relevant experience, please ensure you can meet our criteria before applying.

Shift patterns:

09.00-17.00
17.00-22.00 + sleep in

• Pay rates starting from £13.75 per hour.

• In the role of a Support Worker with Key Care & Support, you will:
• Offer care and support tailored to each person
• Aid individuals with everyday tasks and personal care needs
• Encourage involvement in activities such as arts & crafts, music, and social events
• Foster independence and support decision-making processes
• Develop positive connections with individuals, their families, and professionals
• Follow established care plans and ensure accurate record-keeping

• You should have flexible availability.
• A strong command of English and effective communication skills are essential.
• You will need a clear enhanced DBS, which can be obtained during the registration process and references checked.
