‘The Hub’ Day Opportunities is a service provided by Key Care & Support, providing occupational, educational and engaging range of sessions and experiences for people to enjoy. We offer tailored and inclusive activities for people with Learning difficulties, Autism and Physical Disabilities.
The Hub is located in Sale, Trafford.

The Hub has a wealth of information and contact details for all kinds of services and opportunities, and where we don’t have the information at hand, we are here to help find that with you.
People often require support and guidance to find out what is available in your local community, and support to access community facilities that will enhance your quality of life and expand your social circle.
Our Community Support and Outreach service supports you to do just that. We want to be a resource for you to engage in your local community, enhance your life, boost your confidence, and expand your social circle through positive experiences.

We specialise in supporting people with a range of enhanced needs, and believe that whatever your needs are, living a quality of life you enjoy, and being part of your local community is as important for you as anyone else.

Attending the Hub
The Hub day opportunities are personalised for each individual, supporting their interests and enhancing their strengths. By using person-centered techniques, “The Hub” provides a platform for people to grow, develop practical and interpersonal skills, build confidence, enjoy themselves, and connect with new people in a friendly, supportive, and engaging environment. The Service can be obtained through direct payments, privately funded options, Local Authority assistance, or via the CHC.
We welcome people who are in receipt of direct payments and want to contact us directly.
