We are in search of dependable, enthusiastic, and committed Support Workers to offer person-focused assistance to individuals with learning disabilities and autism in Sale, Cheshire.
You will be offering community support to an 18-year-old female who is Autistic and may become dysregulated. She has a diagnosis of autism along with a severe learning disability. Although she is non-verbal, she can express her wants and needs through vocalisations, gestures, and body language. She also utilises PECS.
Your working shift patterns will be:
15.30 – 22.00
22.00 – 08.00
(A minimum of 2 years UK Support work experience in a similar role is essential.) Sp0nsorships are not available with us. You must have be in the UK and have the relevant experience, please ensure you can meet our criteria before applying.

- In the role of a Support Worker with Key Care & Support, you will:
- Offer care and support tailored to each person
- Aid individuals with everyday tasks and personal care needs
- Encourage involvement in activities such as arts & crafts, music, and social events
- Foster independence and support decision-making processes
- Develop positive connections with individuals, their families, and professionals
- Follow established care plans and ensure accurate record-keeping
You will need a clear enhanced DBS, which can be obtained during the registration process and references checked.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the UK. (SP0NSORSHIPS ARE NOT AVAILABLE)
- You should have flexible availability.
- A strong command of English and effective communication skills are essential.
