You will be supporting a young man 29 years old living at home with my parents in Bowdon with Autism and Learning disabilities.

“I like to go for walks at Dunham Massay and Salford Quays and visiting the Trafford centre.

Someone who is engaging and motivating who I can enjoy spending time with going for walks and going for drives

I would like staff who can cook a good Indian curry especially butter chicken.“

Shift pattern:

08.00-20.00

20.00-08.00

Essential:

• Driver with clean UK licence
• Can cook
• Good at budgeting finances
• Very good communication skills
• Like to walk
• Happy and friendly
• Able to work full-time minimum 30 hours and commit to regular weekly shifts
• This 24/7 provision so must be flexible.
• Prefer male support workers due to personal care.

Minimum 2 years experience supporting adults with enhanced needs. Person has Learning Difficulties, multiple medical needs, non verbal, uses I pad to communicate and hand signs, can make needs known.

Need to be positive, person centred and committed to highest standards of care and support.
