Key Care & Support are seeking Weekend children’s support workers to support Children who will be attending ‘The Hub” on Weekends.
The Hub is a bright and modern space, with a host of person-focused experiences designed for individuals with additional support needs. We are seeking applicants with experience of providing support for children with the following enhanced needs;
People with no formal experience but do have informal experience and a passion to support vulnerable people considered as training can be given.

As a Support Worker, you will be an essential member of their daily support team, valuing and enhancing what is significant to them, promoting their communication and independence, and supporting enjoyable activities. You will also document their needs, the support provided, and their progress. You will help foster a warm and stimulating environment. You will do more than just provide care – you will act as a mentor, advocate, and source of support, assisting the individuals you work with to achieve the best possible outcomes.
