Based in Trafford, you will be providing support for people with enhanced needs, such as Autism, ADHD and learning disabilities;
As a Support Worker, you will be an essential member of their daily support team, valuing and enhancing what is significant to them, promoting their communication and independence, and planning enjoyable activities. You will also document their needs, the support provided, and their progress. You will help foster a warm and stimulating environment (Day shifts and sleep-ins are available to meet individual needs). You will do more than just provide care – you will act as a mentor, advocate, and source of support, assisting the individuals you work with to achieve the best possible outcomes.
You will be play a fundamental role to support people to accessing the community, creating opportunities for independence and enjoying the best quality of life. People with no formal experience but do have informal experience and a passion to support vulnerable people considered as training can be given.

As a Support Worker, you will be:
- Everyday support and the daily routines of the individuals we assist.
- Promoting independence while aiding them in living a rewarding life.
- Encouraging and supporting the enhancement of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Overseeing and assisting with healthcare needs, including taking those we support to regular appointments or managing their medication.
- Teaching important life skills such as budgeting, bill payments, and shopping.
- Providing assistance with personal care when necessary.
- Helping with household chores like cleaning and cooking. Delivering guidance and encouragement through emotional and physical support.
