We are seeking a Team Leader to support a young man in his now home in Bowden, Altrincham. He requires intensive support at home. “Louis” has Learning Difficulties and Autism. He can challenge service provision.

As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of Support workers dedicated to assisting a young man with significant support needs at home due to learning difficulties and Autism. You will collaborate closely with service providers in the Altrincham area. Your responsibilities will include managing weekly schedules and arranging cover for sickness or holidays to guarantee that the young man receives comprehensive and consistent support at all times.

Salary is £30,160.00 per annum (40 hour week)

Successful applicant needs to be flexible, hours are largely Monday to Friday 0900-1700 but will change according to needs of person they are supporting

If you have experience in Care, Social Work, or Support roles in the UK, we would be excited to hear from you! (12 Months+ of UK experience required – Sponsorship not offered.) People with no formal experience but who do have informal experience and a passion to support vulnerable people are considered, as training can be given.
