We have full and part-time vacancies, to help people to live as independently as they can in their own homes and in the community. (12 Months+ of UK experience required – Sponsorship not offered.) People with no formal experience but who do have informal experience and a passion to support vulnerable people are considered, as training can be given.
We partner with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. We do this by providing high-quality, flexible services that support individuals, including young adults and children, to live as independently as possible in their own homes and in the community.
We are seeking people who are naturally compassionate and have a patient demeanour that ensures those you assist feel empowered, joyful, and are treated with fairness, respect, and dignity. Responsibilities may involve aiding individuals with bathroom use, medication management, and bathing assistance, though not every Support Worker position requires personal care tasks. Strong organisational abilities to maintain precise records, performing all documentation and reporting in a person-centred, factual way. You will also aid individuals in living independently by assisting with budget management, bill payments, and appointment scheduling.

What does Key Care & Support offer?
- Our salary starts at Ā£26,208.00 – Ā£28,080.00 (team leaders) each year
- We offer higher rates for bank holidays (Ā£18.90 per hour)

What will I be doing?
- Assisting individuals in accessing and engaging with their local community Supporting people with daily tasks such as cleaning, cooking, shopping, travelling.
- Empower people to live independently by supporting them with managing their budgets etc
- Ensuring that the individuals you support feel liberated, happy, and are treated with fairness, respect, and dignity.
Who are we looking for?
- A positive mindset combined with a strong desire to improve the lives of people
- We require a minimum of 12 months UK experience in a similar role
- Compassionate, caring and pro-active support workers
The ability to work safely and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance so that the individuals we support can trust, feel safe and have confidence in the support we provide.
