Weekend Children’s Support Worker
Job Details
We are seeking weekend children support workers in Urmston, to support children with additional needs. In the position of a Children’s Support Worker, you are expected to offer a high standard of support that contributes to the comfort, dignity, freedom, and happiness of the individuals we serve. Having outstanding communication abilities and a naturally compassionate and patient character is essential.

- Our salary starts at £26,208.00 – £28,080.00 (team leaders) each year
- We offer higher rates for bank holidays (ÂŁ18.90 per hour)

What will I be doing?
- Assisting individuals in accessing and engaging with their local community Supporting people with daily tasks such as cleaning, cooking, shopping, travelling.
- Empower people to live independently by supporting them with managing their budgets etc
- Ensuring that the individuals you support feel liberated, happy, and are treated with fairness, respect, and dignity.
Who are we looking for?
- A positive mindset combined with a strong desire to improve the lives of people
- We require a minimum of 12 months UK experience in a similar role
- Compassionate, caring and pro-active support workers
The ability to work safely and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance so that the individuals we support can trust, feel safe and have confidence in the support we provide.
